We are a full-service Disaster Restoration company providing anything from commercial water damage cleaning to now COVID-19 environmental office cleaning. It's been good at first the first week or two, I was thinking man this is gonna be huge for us. But once the case is started progressing, our governor put some lockdowns on businesses that can stay in operation and so in the last week we've lost close to $30 a month in just cleaning customers. So this is kind of a catch twenty-two for us because if one of my employees does test positive for the coronavirus that means everybody in my office who they come in contact with will have to self-quarantine for 14 days so it's imperative that we keep our staff from getting that.

We sit down with them we go over regulations we go over Coronavirus cleaning procedures. We treat it almost the same way as you would on a surgery, every surface getting wiped down even the wheels on instruments that role, everything that gets touched has to be wiped down. We go over PPE or personal protective equipment we go over the hazards of coated.

The problem that we're running into right now is the lack of supplies out there all the supply stores area are completely out of everything so we luckily we have respirators and suits. The problem that we're running into is getting chemicals. I think the last order I heard was two weeks out for us to get sanitizer which is critical for us right now.

We use electrostatic spray guns they spray the disinfectant.
It makes the particles very fine and sticks on to surfaces so we're.
Transaction a lot of it's first come first serve so they get an order coming in it could be out by the time I even get to the supply store.

The weight is pretty great on me as an owner and so making sure that employees are trained and know what they're getting into a lot of cleaners will not touch with a ten-foot pole. I'm offering people that have been laid off during this time if they wanted to pick up jobs.

Like this, you know cleaning coronavirus they don't want it so it's kind of tough finding people that want to take the risk. We have been hiring people from the hospitality industry, restaurants, and hotels that are out of work, we bringing them work temporarily to help fight the coronavirus.

I'm even willing to pay out of my pocket to keep people on. I don't want to lose these people because they're great workers for me.  I have this situation where it's somebody that I work for a month are they gonna go find something different. Well, I have to try to keep them and keep them with me because I need them and when these customers come back I need to bring them back as well.

These guys are doing a good cause for the community and you're on the front lines and we are and we want to stay fighting the Coronavirus. we want to stay ethical and above reproach on our pricing but also we need to be safe and we are taking up on a risk that a lot of people aren't willing to take.
