Why are we so afraid to ask? Don't make assumptions - ask better questions.

If your team said you need to communicate more - fine...ask them when, what, how, frequency

If your team feels out of the loop - ask them what you can do to include them more, what do you want to know, when do you want to know it, what is the best avenue to reach you.

If you don't know, you better ask rather than assume or try and fix and miss the boat.

Keep it simple...ASK
