In this episode I speak with Peta, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who has had extensive training and experience working in the areas of sexual assault, family violence, mental health and trauma. Peta currently runs a private practice providing evidence-based trauma therapy as well as delivering training on managing sexual disclosures and regulating the nervous system.
