This week I sit down with High School Sophomore Lizzy Syznal, who recently represented her school at the state finals in Cross Country. Lizzy is a well-rounded student athlete with many interests besides running, and has such a bright future! This year she cut her PR by just over two minutes which catapulted her to the state finals. She is a fierce competitor and has bigger goals for the next two years! Lizzy trains, runs, sprints and moves the beans!
