Self discipline moves you from good intentions to good actions. Many people say they know what they want to do, but less actually do something about it. Which camp do you fall into?
I have often talked about the importance of identifying your "why", your purpose in life, and then using that as a barometer for your decision making. When you are truly invested in your goal, you will find self-discipline is easier. If you are not, you will be easily distracted and then wonder why you didn't get the desired result.
Your task today, is to identify something that you want to do, then decide what actions you need to take in order to achieve it. Lastly, take action and schedule the tasks so that you become more disciplined and get the results you are aiming for.
