Jay Goff is a military veteran who has become a motivational speaker, executive life and leadership coach, and CEO of Goff Impact Consulting along with his wife Katrina. As a certified member of the John Maxwell Team and a Maxwell Method of DISC Personality and Behavior assessor and trainer he runs several workshops and is the founder of iLead University which is an online learning platform.

Jay also has two podcasts, “Today’s Leader Podcast" and “Captains Of America.” He moonlights as an Elvis Presley Tribute Artist which he incorporates into his motivational speaking events and is excited about his upcoming book about Elvis & leadership, “Big BOSS Man.”
