Creativity and artistic license is not limited to works of art that are displayed.  It is also very much present in the written word, including technical writing that revolves around proposals and grant funding applications.  The process of writing is a very creative process and there is an art to being able to properly tie writing to the various parts of proposals and grant applications.  LJ and Jocelyn talk about how being creative and knowing how to artistically describe and tie things together is so important including covering what not to do with trying to be creative and artistic.
