Every year millions of Americans make a dedication to themselves for some type of self-improvement. Do we choose to make these changes at the beginning of year because we feel we are starting with a“clean slate”? Many experts have their reasons as to why we do not keep our New Year’s Resolutions and probably will never keep them until we change our mindset about the proposed self-improvements. We also need to have a strategy plan which is realistic to maintain according to your current lifestyle.
We will have Lucie Knapp with Commit2Self to assist us, the hosts, with our own personal proposed New Year’s resolution. Lucie can determine if your current strategy plan is realistic to your lifestyle and determine your “why” to the self-improvement correction.
