In the second episode of Daddy Ball, we sit down with Robbie who offers his views from both sides of this topic. On one hand his son plays for a paid coach team in a relatively new organization, and after some evaluations and tryouts trusted his gut and went with this particular coach with this new organization. Robbie also coaches a league team, and is hyper aware of the potential issues that could come up, so in all likelihood is too hard on his son to avoid any conflicts. This is a fantastic situation where we get to know a coach who is aware of what is being said out there and does his very best to help everyone on the field develop a love for the game, rather than worrying about who is playing where and how much playing time they are getting.
