There are a ton of warnings from fellow parents regarding parent coaches and the problems that can arise from this situation, but I wanted to see how much of an issue this really was and if it was something to really be concerned about. He has two sons who play baseball at different levels and discusses each of their situations and why a parent coach, even if they are biased, may not be an issue for you at all.
