Wendy Giebink is the current Executive Director of NAMI South Dakota and has been in that position for 8 years. Before taking on the ED role, Wendy was the Family to Family Program Coordinator at NAMI South Dakota. Previous to NAMI South Dakota Wendy worked for the Sioux Falls School District as their Homeless Liaison for 18 years and has been an educator most of her adult life. Wendy is passionate in helping others share their stories and values honesty, compassion, perseverance, and grace. She is the mother of 3 adult children and the grandmother of two grandchildren.
