Two years since it started, FAR’s Growers Leading Change (GLC) initiative now has 15 Arable Growth Groups set up around the country with more in the pipeline. GLC national co-ordinator Philippa Rawlinson tells Alison Stewart that she encourages any grower with a potential topic, for learning and sharing, to get involved.
