Africa is joined by Prof Hartmut Winkler, Energy Analyst and Physicist at University of Johannesburg to reflect on Eskom announcing stage 6 load shedding and if things are getting worse before they get better.

The power utility announced that stage 6 load shedding would be implemented from 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday “until further notice” because of a high number of breakdowns.
