As we are learning about three different types of relationships: healthy, toxic, and abusive; we need to understand what components make up those types of relationships. If you think about it we are never sat down and taughtthe difference between these three types of relationships. There was never a class in school that taught us what healthy relationships look like. We are not taught what patterns of behavior are healthy or which ones are toxic. No one tells us thatverbal, emotional, and mental abuse are just as damaging as physical abuse. No one teaches us from a young age how to see the red flags of an unhealthy, toxic, or abusive relationship.
That's exactly what this series is for!
Today I’m going to give you the 12 key components of ahealthy relationship.
