Three problems with our response to COVID: 1. Our preparedness got lost in a too big system. 2. 22+ million people lost their medical insurance. 3. Medical insurance for profit is too expensive. 

Two changes to improve our system: 1. Localize the responsibility, but establish a national coordinating agency. 2.  Some form of Universal Health Care, which is used by every other advanced nation on earth.
