My journey from backroom editor to on-camera TV anchor was an interesting road that rarely happens!  With help and support from so many industry professionals, over the years, I was able to get a break and do something with it.  Along the way, I learned a few key points that helped me and can help anyone embarking on a career or in a current position but looking to move up the ladder.
