F*cked at 40: Life Beyond Suburbia, Monogamy and Stretch Marks

My guest this week is Tova Leigh, social media influencer, content creator, writer, performer, wife and mother. Tova’s open and honest video rants, articles and podcast have resonated with a huge number of women around the world. Tova uses her platforms to support and empower women by giving them a sense of belonging, as she doesn’t hold back whilst sharing the raw truth on uncensored topics including motherhood, body issues, marriage, sexuality and relationships. In this episode, Tova tells us how she turned blogging into a business, despite being “slow to the party”. We talk about the pressure to keep going viral and dealing with hate online. Tova shares openly how motherhood left her feeling stuck and the steps she took to find herself again, embarking on a bucket list that included a bungee jump, climbing Everest and starring in a one woman show. Tova credits her success to her pushy and resilient nature - something we can all channel more of. Tova’s first book ‘F*cked at 40: Life Beyond Suburbia, Monogamy and Stretch Marks’ will be released on 3rd March 2020.I hope you enjoy this episode!
