Remember when Coke launched New Coke and consumers complained that they preferred the original Coke? I love how Coke responded "Hey, have you smarky jerks ever worked for Coca Cola? Have you ever made money selling carbonated beverages? LOL, sit down and drink what you're given."
Oh wait... they didn't do that, they listened and gave them what they wanted and made a ton of money off happy customers... funny how that works.
