After the first person Kevin dialed didn't pick up the phone, another call was made to a man that picked it up. The first senseless question Kevin had was to rename what D.A.R.E. meant to Drugs Are Really Expensive and the guy said it didn't sound right. The guy wanted to know who was calling after Kevin asked him about working in the White House.
