Bakers use a sifter to make sure only the finest flour and sugar gets mixed into their products. Rock quarries use giant sifters to sort out different size rocks and gravel. You go through a sifting and sorting process to decide which podcasts to listen to (thank you for choosing mine!) However, when it comes to our relationships, we often forget our worth, set aside the sifting and sorting process, and use a begging and pleading process to avoid being lonely.
