Today, March 24, 2016, is my daughter's birthday. She would have been 16 years old today. It took me many years to realize that remaining in the pain and sadness of her death was not the way to honor her life. Today, I celebrate birth and life and love. I give thanks for the blessing of having known her physical body for a brief time. I know that she always has, and always will be with me every day, and that she will be always encouraging me to live a joyful, abundant life! Listen as I explain:
