Episode 2 of Collusion: Water

In the second episode of Collusion, we look at how control of water and irrigation technologies were used to exert power over different societies. We look into how the British used water and access to water to exert power over communities in former British India, access to water in Palestine, and the construction of the Belo Monte Dam in Brazil.
