What are we celebrating on June 19? Is it the end of slavery? Is it African-American history? Or are we to celebrate at all? Should it be a day of reflection? Guilt? Shame? Anger? Not even leftist activists masquerading as historians know what to do. If they are perplexed, should we be perplexed?
