“We don’t see things as they are; we see them as we are.” –  Anais Nin

For so long our truth has been denied by our prejudice. Which really translates as our programmed pain. Which can run riot if we don’t tend to it.

Prejudice literally is defined as an unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge, thought, or reason.

Programmed in our pain, stifled by invisible lines, we have been hiding beyond the metaphoric mask(prejudice)- which has kept us playing small and accepting this shallow way of showing up.

Now confronted with a literal mask we have to wear for safety ~ all a big wake up call for a level of realness with each other that we’ve suppressed for too long.

Join Jessie May this week as she shares about the power of coming home to the heart beyond the masks we wear ~ the soul beyond the role we play and the way the mask can actually liberate us to deeply recognize each other, again.
