This episode was supposed to come out as the last episode of 2019 combined with a reflection on the previous 6 months, our experiences and the weekly episodes we have published so far. However as always things turn out different and therefore this episode features Jonathan introducing Raj Chakraborty as the new Co-Host on the Speed Change Repeat show. 

insideSCR is also a new format we are starting on the podcast which compared to our usual podcast episodes will be conversations between the hosts on all sorts of different topics, news and trends. The second #insideSCR episode will be a reflection on the episodes of 2019 featuring Benjamin and Jonathan.
