Helping high performers discover success in their fortunes and families.
Your host, Kyle Depiesse, interviews multiple 6, 7, 8 and 9 figure business owners who are willing to share their story and advice on how to thrive both at home and the marketplace.
Because we shouldn't have to sacrifice our personal balance sheet for our professional one.
In this episode, you will learn:
Making a significant change can catalyze personal transformation, altering both physiology and mental outlook.
Luke dives into his belief that feeling restless can be interpreted as a nudge from the Holy Spirit, urging individuals to wake up and make necessary changes in their lives.
Just as physical exercise is crucial for bodily health, slowing down and focusing the mind through activities like journaling is essential for mental well-being.
There’s no conflict between physical and spiritual health; both are vital for holistic well-being. God may use restlessness to prompt individuals toward positive change.
Restlessness can be a wilderness experience, a time of formation and growth. It’s essential to discern whether to stay and learn or move toward a new direction, avoiding running away from challenges prematurely.

Cal has been obsessed with throwing the football around outside lately, running routes and just having a blast. With winter coming here in North Dakota so soon we won't be able to play catch outside anymore. Here's what I've been thinking about - there's gonna come a day when he doesn't want to play with his old man anymore and I won't see it coming! One day he won’t be interested in playing catch with his Dad anymore. So my goal is to say yes every time he asks, even if I'm beat. Those moments are too special to miss. So if your kids want your time, don't forget to be there. You never know when it'll be the last time.

Man, it feels so good to be back sharing my thoughts on Guy's Trip after taking a little break. I wanted to kick things off by sharing something I recently learned that really gave me a new perspective - that 90% of the time we'll have with our kids is done by the time they're 18! I knew Excel would be the perfect way for me to illustrate this statistic using my own family as an example. Breaking down Cal's life into those different stages and plugging in my best guesses for how much time we'll get to spend together really drove the point home. If this calculation helps even one other dad appreciate the precious little time we have with our sons and daughters, it will have been worth it. I hope listeners will take this opportunity to make the most of the moments that really matter.

If you are in the personal growth and development world, you hear a few phrases a lot. The Jim Rohn quote might be the most common; "You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with". People will take that quote and spin it in ways to make a point. Some are good, some are not. In this episode Kyle shares a potential pitfall that can come from constantly comparing yourself to others and wondering what value you bring as it relates to business and finances. We can learn from the friendship King David had with Jonathan in the Bible. To connect with Kyle:

His name is Luis, but make no mistake, he IS the papi of the sauna. His name developed organically through countless sauna sessions as the founder of Embrace North, a sauna and cold therapy service.
One day, Luis was in a session with close friends, dumping water on the rocks and filling the sauna with cedar essential oil aroma, facilitating the conversation. His peers acknowledged what Luis already knew he was passionate about - creating a space for people to share an experience working through extreme heats and connecting on a deeper level.
Luis' ability to play the sauna papi role has allowed for both new goers and avid users to maximize the healing benefits both physically and mentally during their sweat session.

Ryan James Miller coaches entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and executives, helping them to bring out their best and crush their goals.
His message, Be Authentic, is about bringing Personal Clarity, Purposeful Rhythm, and Proper Perspective to high performers. This allows them to turn from a success-focused life to a
freedom-focused life.
Ryan’s commitment to authenticity was catalyzed after surviving the 2017 Route 91 Harvest mass shooting in Las Vegas, Nevada. But that event became far more than a catalyst. It was an awakening to see how his parent’s divorce, his own marriage almost ending in divorce, the near failure of his business, and so many other difficult moments and seasons actually helped him to become the high-performer he is today.

Travis Bell (Trav)
Someone first called Trav "The Bucket List Guy" about eight years ago. It was because of all the crazy and interesting things he’d done in his life up until then.
From the age of eighteen – well before Bucket Lists were a ‘thing’ – Trav wrote a ‘To Do Before I Die List’.
His Bucket List continues to give purpose and bring meaning into life. But it’s more than just being about him and his list. He's dedicated his life to helping others wake up and live theirs before it’s too late.
It stretches beyond a simple list. It’s a philosophy for life founded on current positive psychology principles. Trav has created a global movement and tribe of Bucket Listers who live with more purpose, meaning and fulfilment.

It was 2am in the morning in the fall of 2014 when Ira accidentally landed on a skydiving video on the internet that took his breath away. Just a few short weeks prior, Ira found out that after 10 years of service he was being forced out of the Marine Corps. He had no idea what he would do to provide for his young family, he had no clue what his purpose was, and he had just hit rock bottom.
What happened that morning was a divine encounter with God where he gave Ira specific instructions to use the analogy of skydiving to teach the world how to dive for a dream that was bigger than themselves to impact the world. He told him to call it DreamDiving and in that moment his purpose was revealed. Now as a skydiver and as a visionary purpose driven entrepreneur (dream development coach, transformational speaker, and documentary filmmaker) Ira has dedicated his life to inspiring and equipping a new generation of aspiring and thriving world changers to do the unimaginable.
Ira and The DreamDiver Company staff have worked with 6 to 8 figure entrepreneurs & employees, NFL Hall of Famers, Grammy Award winning singers, Olympic athletes, best selling authors, elite military units and veterans, churches, colleges, and several other organizations to help them discover their purpose and dive for their most audacious dreams to impact the world.
Together we are on a global mission to inspire purposeful living and audacious DreamDiving through everything we create and every person we meet.

Dr. Alok Trivedi (Dr. T) creates successful, fulfilled people with the help of neuroscience.
How does it work? In short, Dr. T shows you exactly what is stopping you. No vision board or talk about the importance of “goal setting,” he helps you reach into your past and figure out what exactly is stopping you. In the end, you’ll feel a freedom you’ve never experienced.
A little about Dr. T:
At a fairly young age, he had acquired all the things that had been told made him “successful.”
The big house, the family, the successful business, and of course: money. He was a millionaire in my 20s.
You've heard this story before. Successful, yes. But also miserable.
