Thanks to all who joined our first ever live podcast!

6 months ago we began the process of rebranding our business.

We wanted to move our brand toward a more direct reflection of the Yoga tradition & how we share it.

Om Som is a mantra for universal healing & in our eyes this is what the world needs.

OM = The universe

SOM = Healing

You could also say that Som is every humans unique capacity for healing, nurturing & nourishment.

It’s a sea of healing that we can all tap into.

We look forward to sharing that journey with you all.
