Trauma recovery can be challenging. From navigating a home space, social, and economic priorities it’s essential for survivors to maintain a clear and calming space. Trauma can paralyze the physical and emotional state that creates attachment to things, people, memories, and sometimes food around us. In this session I will discuss the importance of keeping a home, work, and cars clear of clutter, organized, and structure for a peaceful and smoother transition into healing.
