Let's go over some of the events happening around WS this weekend: * Starting on Thursday night, the Beer Junction is starting their Winter Beer Fest, with 10 additional specialty festive beers on tap. * This Friday at South Park Hall is the 3rd Annual Holiday sing along & 16mm film shorts (with hot cider, cocoa and popcorn) for $7. First 10 people get in for FREE! * As a West Seattleites, you're likely familiar with the epic awesomeness that is Bakery Nouveau. Today (Friday) is the last day you can pre-order your holiday sweet treats from them. * If you have little ones, come visit Santa at Capers in the Junction 9-noon on both Saturday and Sunday. It's free but with a suggested donation of $20 that will benefit the WS Food Bank. * Sunday will be the first night of Chanukah and the community is invited to celebrate it with Koa HaNeshamah's Pop-Up Chanukah in the Junction Park Plaza at 5pm on Sunday. * There are many, many more events happening around WS but I only have so much time.
