Great talk with Lauza and Michael who decided in 2019 to give up their stationary life in London and to be full time slow travelers as digital nomads.

"At the end of 2019 we asked ourselves what's holding us back from traveling full time, and the answer was "only our rented apartment in London", so we decided to hand in the notice to our landlord, booked a one way flight to Lisbon and left home with 2 carry-on bags on February 28, 2020."Lauza and Michael

Norfolk Community Foundation and
Norfolk Blood Bikes.
Norfolk Community Foundation provide local funding and support that ensures that small local charities and voluntary groups can continue and grow, providing essential care, support and opportunity for the most vulnerable in our communities. Therefore when the Covid-19 crisis came along they were quick to set up a response fund to support groups and volunteers who were helping those who needed it most.
Norfolk Blood Bikes provide a vital transport service that saves hundreds of lives a year. If a patient at a hospital desperately needs a certain type of blood, blood product or even a medical instrument, they will deliver it. They cover the entire Norfolk county, transporting not only blood products but samples, vaccines, breast milk and other life-saving medical items to hospitals.
