So I have a big cross tattoo on my arm and I’m basically a walking billboard for Christ. As scary and as much pressure as that is, I’m willing to step up and be a contradiction to what most people think of Christians. I think that’s important for us to remember when it comes to any of our identities. Don’t let people put us in boxes! Walk firmly and confidently in your truth and how you identify, even if it goes against everything we’ve ever known, been taught, or experienced.

Here are two things you can do in socially awkward situations. I usually do one, but tried the opposite. But for those who are shy, here’s a couple tips that will help you out. :)
Life is moving fast and I’m fascinated by the idea of us being here at the same time, at the same place, in this exact moment. Is it for a season, a reason, or just passing through?
Inaction and perfectionism is our biggest enemies when it comes to our goals. Don’t let it stop us from just getting it done! If anything, the messy parts are just as beautiful, if not more beautiful than the actual master piece.
This a tough question that I still don’t know the answer to, but maybe it’s a little bit of both? It’s something that I have to keep in mind as I keep moving forward...
Just got out of church and the message was about seeing the cross as a”good vibes” symbol when in reality, it’s a heavy a burden. It evokes change and execution, which is hard for many of us. I’m still struggling through change of transformation of the deepest part of me and who I’ve always been, but it’s something I’m openly working through. Please be understanding, empathetic, and gracious.
It’s not that “I’m a sucky friend,” I just want to be a good friend to just anybody, but to great people.
Don’t do what I did, love and appreciate our singlessness, especially if we’re in our early 20s!

I said “yes,” more than saying “no” and as my New Years “Resolution” was to follow through, now I’m in a pickle.
Allow people to tell their story how they sit fit and accept it with an open mind and open heart.
I became bored of other things in life and had high expectations of others, but realized I needed to raise my expectations of God, because he’s the only one who can meet them.
I learned to accept relationships where they were at and not source them, along with being the bigger person and apologizing to make it right.
To put time and energy into jobs, projects, and people that serve me positively regardless of how “good” it is for our career or brand.
