If you had to guess, do you think life on Earth got better or worse in recent years? A peculiar question sure and it may be incredibly difficult to find a precise answer for it, but it’s not about that. It’s about your subjective feeling, the one you get when you start to think about it. We tend to sway towards the negative side and in a TED talk from 2014, Hans and Ola Rosling demonstrate in a very entertaining way how we’re actually primed for bad news. So in this episode, Robin ponders what that means for our everyday life and what can we do to save ourselves from devastating ignorance - aka, what we don’t know about what we don’t know!
