It was announced in January that Beaumont Health in Michigan signed a $6.1 billion deal to merge with Summa Health. However, that partnership, as of May 29th, is no longer happening.

Dr. Cliff Deveny, president and CEO of Summa Health, spoke with the Ray Horner Morning Show on the original need to margewith Beaumont, and how the Coronavirus pandemic affected the end of the partnership.
