17:01 - Shannon Cole - Josef's School of Hair Design is partnering with The Salvation Army on Monday, August 15, 2022 to provide school-age children free haircuts and shampoos before going back to school for the 2022-2023 school year. 

This will take place at Josef's south Fargo location - 3223 13th Ave S, Fargo – from 10am-3:30pm.
