Some recent college graduates are finding themselves in the awkward position of being paid by their new companies to not work. A number of companies are delaying the start dates of their new hires but giving them stipends to get by until they can be brought on full-time. We've heard that some companies have been rescinding job offers. Why are some deciding to go this route instead?
