Vulnerability is so important in any meaningful relationship. Knowing how to practice it appropriately is not always common knowledge though, especially for teenagers. This week we talk about how you can help train your students to hone in on this really important skill.
Being vulnerable is not something we would all claim to do well, but there's plenty of evidence telling us that vulnerability deepens the level of trust and progress in any relationship. As Switch Leaders, we want to be able to give our students examples of what it looks like to practice vulnerability in a healthy way. At times that may be through them witnessing our own vulnerability (not the same as your life group, listen to the episode). Other times it's us helping them know how to practice this skill when sharing aspects of their own story. Our goal in this episode is to equip you to do this well!

We want to help students take a next step, and oftentimes, the first step can be the hardest one to take. However, it's certainly not the last one we want students to take.
