Yvette is a mother of nine children (6 boys & 3 girls) and has been married to Jean-Philip for 19 years.  She  joined Damsel in Defense six years ago.  Her background includes eight years in the military (Army), nine years serving on Dell’s safety team to include training as a First Responder, and four years teaching self-defense (ACWA).  She is currently working towards getting a second certification through The Self Defense Company.
