Kaita (pronounced "Kate-uh") is a professional dancer, choreographer, pilates teacher, and bodyworker. She is a Manifesting Generator in Human Design, an Enneagram 4, Leo Sun, Libra Moon, Libra Rising, Pitta-Kapha, and a (predominantly) Fire element. She was the co-founder of Ghost Flower, an activewear brand inspired by Chinese Medicine.
