The Workforce Leadership and Applied Learning (WLAL) degree prepares students to work in a range of relationship-focused careers in which strong leadership skills can positively contribute to professional and interpersonal interactions.

Go from Para Educator to Teacher of Record in a shortened time with Wichita State University's Teacher Apprentice Program (TAP).
This episode we hear from Dr. Shirley Lefever, Dean of CAS, Jill Wood, TAP coordinator and instructor, and Shawn Roberts, Principal for Scott City Elementary and TAP success coach. The 15-credit-hour graduate certificate program in Higher Education Leadership is designed to prepare current and prospective university faculty and staff members for entry to mid-level positions as administrators in two- and four-year colleges and universities.

Our eLeadership program provides short, quick, and easy-to-apply tools for the leader of the modern workforce.
