The S&P 500 is currently in its worst losing streak since in close to 7 months as the market seems to be concerned about elevated inflation and slowing growth. These concerns gained traction following the disappointing jobs report for August coupled with the continued supply bottlenecks and supply chain disruptions causing inflation pressures to remain elevated as seen in Friday’s producer price index reading.
