Here are some of my random thoughts on various issues related to leadership, especially as it relates to the Philippine setting. I was interviewed on Saved Radio, a Christian radio station. Many organizations in the Philippines, both profit and non-profit, do not fully grasp the importance of leadership and leadership development. Consequently, many organizations are not well-led. This in turn affects a lot of people in a negative way. Good leadership can benefit many people, and that's why I believe it should be given the importance that it deserves.
