With almost everyone working from home and with an abundance of phishing emails being sent, home-schooling and other distractions, it is important to bear in mind some best practices.

Simple top tips

• Avoid clicking links or opening unexpected attachments sent in email
• Use two-tier authentication and strengthen your passwords regularly with a mixture of special characters, numbers and upper/lower case characters
• It can be tempting but avoid free public WiFi
• Make sure you use a legitimate up to date antivirus
• Take car of your well-being. Don’t be an email drunky – manage email response expectations.  Don’t feel pressured to reply the moment it lands in your inbox.
