Greg Kirk became Britain's first ever World Junior Skeleton Bobsleigh Champion in 2004.
Skeleton is a winter sliding sport in which a person rides a small sled, down a frozen track while lying face down and head-first. During elite racing the rider experiences accelerations up to 5Gs and reach speeds of over 130 km/h (81 mph).
We find out about how he transitioned from a British universities winning sprinter to this high-risk sport and the challenges he faced on this journey.
Greg then moved into yet another sport, Beach Lifesaving, where he also gained international honours in Beach Sprints and Beach Flags before moving back into Skeleton Bobsleigh as a coach.
We also hear about his experience as a contestant on the hit TV show Gladiators as well as how he found out he had the ability to hold his breath for nearly six minutes which led into him experimenting with free diving.
