We can make our goals more effective by breaking them down like this: 1. Objective 2. Process 3. Task 4. Plan or in other words: 1. What do you want and why? 2. How are you going to get there? 3. How are you going to accomplish those processes? 4. How are you going to implement your plan?
Why are goals or a vision so important? They provide the fuel for us to do hard things. Find the right fuel and your way forward will be supercharged.
