Lex Shu Chan is a lawyer in the fashion publishing industry, a diversity and inclusion leader and writer. They are also co-founder of Sachiko & Shu, and have recently released their first charity cookbook "Recipes Against Racism" in collaboration with London restaurants to fundraise for not-for-profits in support of the UK's East and South East Asian (ESEA) communities.
