Simran Uppal is a yoga teacher, poet and educator. They teach and write for inclusive yoga charity Yoga Quota, focusing on inclusivity and decolonisation in yoga. Simran is a Barbican Young Poet alum, and has also created theatre for The North Wall and Camden People’s Theatre.
