Former federal Treasurer Josh Frydenberg could soon be on his way back to parliament with growing speculation he will contest a by-election brought about by the expected resignation of former cabinet minister Alan Tudge.Frydenberg's return is not assured with the Liberal Party holding the seat in Melbourne's outer east on a margin of just two-point-eight per cent.
