Good morning and happy Monday! As a uni student, do you often find yourself comparing your achievements with those of your peers? Judging yourself against other people’s resumes, Linkedins or grades? Questioning your potential?

University is an exciting period of our lives, however it can also pose its challenges as we try to find our footing in a sometimes highly competitive environment. Today we have an honest conversation about the feelings of anxiety and self-doubt that can arise when we fall into the ‘Comparison Trap’.

We share our experiences of feeling intimidated and overwhelmed. As we reflect on how our mindsets have evolved and the small steps we've taken to combat self-doubt, we recognize how helpful it is to find community and understand the common struggle.
