The girls have an impressive knowledge of a large variety of internships spanning across different areas including Data Analytics and Technology, Investment Banking, Consulting, and Equity Research at leading firms including Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, KPMG, Deloitte, NAB, Oliver Wyman, and more!

The episode starts by asking the panel about their different experiences, what the day-in-the-life looks like interning at different companies and how they landed the internship. Then, we take a deep dive into the specific recruitment processes at different companies, where the panel gives advice on resumes and cover letters, the dreaded psychometric testing and video interviews, daunting investment banking technical interviews and consulting case interviews, and unique group interviews. Finally, the girls will discuss the key challenges they faced and how they have dealt with rejection in these highly competitive environments.
