Happy weekend! 

This week’s episode takes a little detour and highlights on something close to us at BoW: The Bold with BoW mentorship program. Over the past years, we have observed a remarkable growth in our mentees’ ability to confidently navigate the complexities of the finance industry and with this maturation, some of them received the opportunity to fast-track into our subcommittee.

In today’s one, we speak to 3 of such individuals who made the most of their time as a mentee of Bold with BoW and successfully proceeded to secure a spot in our subcommittee and now are active members of our BoW family. 

They open up about their genuine experience being a part of the program, the learnings gained from their mentor, the evolvement they noticed within themselves as they went along the program and how all of the above made a difference in the way they planned ahead in their career.
